Product Showcase: Taiyo

With a name that means “thick sun,” Taiyo has a wonderful next-to-the-skin softness and sheen. A delightful fiber mix of cotton, silk, wool, and nylon, it is comprised of two soft spun, thick-to-thin, multicolored strands. A perennial NORO classic, Taiyo makes great scarves, wraps, sweaters or luxurious home decorating projects. This yarn is new to The Yarn Patch and we are having so much fun with it. Each 100 gram ball delivers 219 yards.

For the Product Showcase, on now till June 4, when you purchase the yarn to make the project, your pattern is free. There are some wonderful samples on loan in the shop:

We love our crocheters. While Heather has lots of interesting ideas for you, there is just one pattern (Crochet Jacket) in the collection that we can offer for free during the showcase. It helps that it is absolutely fabulous!

There are many more choices available in addition to the samples in-store. Check out the gallery below, or page through the binder when you come into the store. We’re sure there will be a fantastic design or two you will fall in love with.

You can also check out our Taiyo choices online and tell us in the comments box at check out what pattern you would like.
