Quartet / Table Loom Basics

Description: This class is for Table Looms, including the new Quartet 15″ Cricket adaptor! Weaving on a table loom is creative, relaxing and rewarding. When you weave, you bring together different yarns to create your own unique fabric. It opens up more design options, when you have multiple shafts. In this introductory class, we’ll cover basic terminology, basic pattern reading, loom set-up, basic weaving and project finishing.

If you do not have a loom, we will have one assembled table loom available with a $20 rental fee. Please let us know when signing up, if you’d like to rent one of our looms for the class. The rental fee can be used toward the purchase of a loom within the week after the class.

Class prices do not include materials. We request that you buy your class supplies through us, to the extent possible. It helps make the work of coordinating classes worth it for the store. We will happily ship. Give us a call at 931-707-1255.

We request at least 72 hours cancellation notice for refund. Whereas there is limited space, this will allow us to notify anyone on the waitlist, while also giving them time to DO THE HOMEWORK. Also, our instructors are contractors so it allows them to be treated fairly as well. Classes are subject to cancellation if less than 2 people sign-up, as the instructors are paid per person.
