Cozy, cute, and highly addictive, socks belong on every knitter’s bucket list. Don’t let fear of double pointed needles or itty bitty stitches give you cold feet! In this class we’ll tackle the basics together: sock anatomy, a traditional turned heel, even Kitchener Stitch. Better yet, we’ll do it all on two circular needles, a method you can adapt to any small-scale knitting in the round. Socks grow quickly at a DK gauge, so you’ll finish your first pair and feel like a pro in no time!
This is a two part class, with the second session occurring on November 19 from 9-11 am Central.
Difficulty Level: Beginner (experience with inc’s, dec’s, and knitting in the round required)
Instructor Name: Emily Hinds
