Description: Get into the Halloween spirit with this mind-bending colorwork technique that works like magic! Shadow knitting uses the two most basic stitches–knit and purl–to create a vanishing design in two colors. Viewed straight on, it’s simple stripes…but when seen at an angle, a ghostly motif appears!
In this class, we’ll cover shadow knitting charts, yarn management for two colors, and using mattress stitch and grafting to assemble your shadow-knit squares into a spooky decorative pillow. Treat yourself to a few new tricks- don’t miss this class!

We request at least 72 hours cancellation notice for refund. Whereas there is limited space, this will allow us to notify anyone on the waitlist, while also giving them time to DO THE HOMEWORK. Also, our instructors are contractors so it allows them to be treated fairly as well. Classes are subject to cancellation if less than 2 people sign-up, as the instructors are paid per person. Refunds will be less credit card fees.
